School can be frustrating. It's not always clear where to find answers. This section focuses on two specific issues: study skills and paperwork questions. Study Resources

Mental Health care:

Your campus (I know UMB does, Quinn building all the way past the elevators on the 2nd floor) most likely has a psychologist or psychiatrist available in the campus clinic. This is a great resource to see if you want further care. It’s a safety net. Go to them before going home when you are in crisis.

Addiction is a mental health care issue. Your campus may even have connections to a detox clinic or other emergency services.

Mental health care:

Always check that your health insurance card has a Behavioral health phone number.

Find out if you need a reference from your PCP.
